FRENCHMAN
ON THE RUN

Endurance, discipline, Achieving the Impossible

20 years of ultra-endurance. A full-time executive career. A father of two.

Proving that massive targets aren't reached in one giant leap—they are built on relentless consistency and execution.

MY STORY

Extreme Endurance. Real-World Responsibility. Zero Excuses.

Who I Am

I’m Eddie Tchigique—an ultra-endurance athlete, commercial manager, husband, and father of two.

For two decades, I’ve pushed human limits across high-altitude mountaineering, ultramarathons, and long-distance triathlons. But I don't do this as a full-time pro. I do it while managing commercial operations and being present for my family every single day.

The Proof Point: Cottesloe to Bondi

In 2026, I put 20 years of preparation to the ultimate test—running 3,942 km across Australia in 42 days.

Navigating heat, relentless fatigue, and complex logistics, I achieved the second-fastest crossing in history and raised a significant amount for Redkite to support families facing childhood cancer. It proved that with the right mindset and relentless execution, impossible targets become achievable milestones.

What I Stand For

  • Operational Discipline: Applying the precision of ultra-endurance logistics to career, leadership, and daily execution.

  • Integrated Performance: Balancing extreme personal goals with demanding career responsibilities and family life.

  • Unwavering Accountability: Showing up consistently when motivation fades and friction sets in.

Keynotes & Insights

Today, I share these hard-won lessons on stages and in boardrooms —helping teams and individuals build resilience, master execution, and redefine their limits.

MY ADVENTURES

My journey into the world of endurance sports really began in 2008, running my first 50km race. The planning, the training, the difficulty and utmost discomfort it brought... I was hooked, to run faster and longer and see how much I could push my physical and mental limits. From climbing the dizzying heights of Mt Aconcagua in Argentina or Denali in Alaska to running 4000kms across Australia and competing in various ultra marathon and long distance triathlon events, I have and am continually seeking the next challenge, how to handle the pain better and for longer and ultimately training my mind to be stronger.
